The Creative Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing visual content that supports dealership marketing efforts. This role focuses on creating high-quality, brand-compliant designs across digital and print channels while supporting the overall marketing strategy.

• Design and produce creative assets for digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials
• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative that supports performance goals
• Build and update email templates that are responsive and visually engaging
• Adhere to all brand standards and compliance.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Reports and tracks effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to gather input, provide updates, and incorporate feedback

• Passion for social media and video.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and different digital media formats.
• Ability to understand current and future trends with digital content.
• Knowledge of copyrighting and adhering to PAG social/video policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
