The Windsor Court seeks a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a cocktail server. As a Polo Lounge Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests' needs.

• Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner
• Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge
• Bus tables as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge and surrounding areas
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Ensures tips are reported correctly for tax processing
• Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s)
• Ensure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

• Proven work experience as a server or in a similar role
• One year Bartender/Server in a luxury setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
