As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environmentEngage and educate Guests about SMGGreet each Guest, understand their needs, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, provide correct change, and thank them for their businessSafeguard all cash, receipts, and tickets to maintain securityEnforce movie rating guidelines courteously and professionallyDistribute and verify the proper functioning of 3D glasses, ensuring Guests understand how to use them, if applicableAdhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and GuestsTake on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by managementWhat We’re Looking For:
Must be at least 16 years oldAt least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English (verbal or written)Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanorAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (6 to 9 hours)Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach or twistAbility to lift up to 50 lbsReliable transportation requiredAdherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygieneAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?
