Responsibilities- Make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications, and prepare food items as ordered.
- Provide personalized, friendly service to each guest and maintain good customer relations with speedy delivery of all orders.
- Operate cash registers and other coffee shop equipment; maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a shift.
- Support team members and assist with operations as needed to uphold the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and property brand standards; complete all required training.
- Perform other duties as requested by management to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to guests.
- Keep confidential the business functions of the company, including financial status and guest information.
- Reliably report to all scheduled shifts and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a 24/7 operation.
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal appearance; high integrity and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds; commitment to dedication, innovation, respect, and service.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, lift up to 25 pounds; perform work for extended periods and in restricted spaces; eyesight enabling near and far vision; use arms for up to 8 hours; tolerance for heat and stress; clear speech and basic hearing; basic English proficiency.
- Finger dexterity for operating equipment and the ability to write as needed.
