Position Summary:

We provide exceptional Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Sam's Club products and services. You will operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, process Member purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. In the Pharmacy area, you will provide products and services to Members, assist with prescription and OTC orders, stock and secure Pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information and file prescriptions, and maintain paperwork, forms, and other documentation.

You will receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize and maintain the area following Company procedures, and use equipment appropriately. Your work assignments will be prioritized using policies, data, and resources, and you will collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities and complete tasks. You will comply with Company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and you will follow the Open Door Policy to address improvement opportunities.

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr
