Retail Suit Sales Consultant

The Retail Suit Sales Consultant role at Tailored Brands, Inc. focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience across multiple business lines (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location.

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling to help achieve store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other store-related projects; conduct merchandise stock counts; assist with monitoring and maintaining fitting room areas including returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Handle point-of-sale procedures for purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns.

• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies, and see and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.
