Store Support, Customer Service Rep

The Store Support role at The Home Depot focuses on non-sales functions to help ensure a positive customer experience. This may include assisting with order fulfillment, helping customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. You may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, and assist with cash management or program compliance.
