The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The Supervisor leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a great customer experience.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term loyalty.
• Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Ensure all front‑end products are merchandised per visual standards.
• Maintain the front‑end entrance and exterior of the building.
• Ensure front‑end operations, store standards, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front‑end associates.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large service‑oriented business (preferred).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
