We are hiring experienced Sales Professionals nationwide with a minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
Compensation & Benefits$10,000 Fast‑Start Bonus per month for 12 months, $120,000 First‑Year requirement: one new commercial account with at least 250 employees every two weeks.
$2,500 First‑Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
$500 per virtual appointment bonus (no limit) and up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped, 40%‑59% after 90 days. Up to $10,000 new client account credits, $5,000 donation credits, and $400 of gift cards for business building activities.
W‑2 Employment, Medical, Dental, HSA Benefits, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and GHA company stock ownership (ESOP) plan.
Qualifications- Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, security, and data center technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
