We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and self‑motivated account manager to become a part of our growing team. This position will report to the Director of Account Services.
Responsibilities- Assumes overall responsibility for successful project completion with an emphasis on client satisfaction
- Builds strong client relationships, you are an important link in our sales department alongside our outside sales executives
- Identify and assess customers’ requirements and establish realistic expectations
- Respond to requests within established timelines and provide accurate quotes related to their specific projects/needs
- Overall management of projects when a quote is requested until order is delivered with strong communication across departments
- Be a valued expert by advising clients in collaboration with our team of Technical Designers, on technical information about our range of products
- Participate in client training events and showroom visits to meet with clients in-person
- Learn, understand, and utilize the ERP system (MS Dynamics) for all quoting and ordering requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer concerns or questions, and resolving product and service problems
- 3‑5 years proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, industry experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to envision customer designs, have a good 3‑D insight
- Proven ability to take initiative, well organized and customer oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
