As an ADT Solutions Advisor, you will provide innovative home automation and smart security solutions to customers, demonstrating the value of our products and services. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, building relationships, and visiting customers at their homes or businesses to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
- Demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart home solutions to customers.
- Explain products and services in depth and recommend the right solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, exhibiting empathy and excellent communication.
- Partner with coworkers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Enjoys meaningful interactions and building relationships.
- Problem solving abilities and adaptability to customer needs.
- Prioritizes time effectively.
Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Uncapped commissions with top performers earning $150K+. New sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
