Job Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within the precision machining sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and technical specifications.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions effectively.
  • Network actively within the industry to expand contacts and discover emerging sales prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (Master's or higher) are a plus.
  • 2-3 years (Intermediate) to 5+ years (Senior) of outside sales experience, preferably in precision machining or related industries.
  • Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales tools.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
