Full-Time Personal Trainer – Anytime Fitness Duluth

We’re not your average gym — we’re a coaching club where personal training isn’t just a side service, it’s the heart of what we do. Our current coaches are fully booked, and we’re looking for a motivated, passionate trainer ready to step into a steady stream of clients and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small group coaching sessions

• Learn and follow our proven sales process to build your client base (we’ll train you!)

• Conduct body scans and track client progress with check-ins every 6 weeks

• Use our fitness app to manage workouts, scheduling, and communication

• Schedule and confirm appointments for assessments, consultations, and sessions

• Help promote services and sell personal training packages (we’ll guide you here, too)

• Create an encouraging, motivating, and results-focused environment for members

Requirements:

• NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar personal training certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule:

• Full-time availability (mornings, evenings, and some weekends as needed/ flexible)
