This regional position involves delivering after‑market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs. This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.

• $78,000 – $87,000 yearly earnings
• $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
• $500 New hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck
• $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250 per day for two‑day paid orientation
• Consistently home to celebrate major holidays and home weekly on the weekends

• Minimum 21 years old
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience, plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
• Valid CDL‑A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
• Must be comfortable teaming, with ability to perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships
