Accountanttohelpstabilizeandstrengthenoperations.
Theimmediatefocusofthispositionisheavy Accounts Payable and A/Pad ministration—wellbeyondbasicinvoiceentry—whilethedepartmentgetssettled.
Overtime,thisroleisdesignedtogrowintoabroaderstaffaccountantpositionandbecomearight-handtotheaccountingleadership.
Thisisalong-termopportunityforapolished,detail-oriented self-starterwhowantstogrowwiththecompany—notasteppingstoneforsomeonechasingthenexttitleorsalarybump.
WHATYOU'LLDO—IMMEDIATE FOCUS(ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)- Ownthefull-cycleA/Pprocessfrominvoicereceiptthroughpayment—notjustdataentry
- Managevendorandsubcontractordocumentation,includingW-9s,insurance certificates(COIs),andlienwaivers/releases
- Applyaccuratejobcostcodingtoinvoicesandpayables
- Handleinvoicefollow-up,discrepancy research,andissueresolution
- PerformaccountreconciliationsrelatedtoA/Pandvendoraccounts
- Communicateprofessionallywithvendors,subcontractors,project managers,andinternalstaff
- Supportsubcontractorcompliancetrackingandhigh-volumeinvoiceprocessing
- Support month-endclose,journal entries,andgeneralledgermaintenance
- Assistwithconstructionbilling,retainage,andpayapplications
- Contributetoprojectaccountingandbroaderstaffaccountantduties
- Growintoatrustedright-handrolewithintheaccountingteam
- Minimum1year
ofconstructionaccountingexperience—with2+yearsstronglypreferred - Hands-on,full-cycle

- Strong Excelskillsandsolidaccountingjudgment

- Bachelor'sdegreeinAccountingorrelatedfield
