Wilson Lewis's paid internship program provides a meaningful introduction to public accounting and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Designed with your schedule in mind, the program offers a paid opportunity of approximately 20-25 hours per week, with compensation comparable to our entry-level staff positions. You will work alongside professionals at every level of the firm - from staff members to partners - gaining firsthand insight into how Wilson Lewis serves its clients as a trusted advisor.

From your first day, you will have the support of a dedicated Team Leader who will help you develop a strong practical foundation, connect classroom learning to real-world experience, and explore the areas of accounting that best align with your goals.

Whether you ultimately build a long-term career with Wilson Lewis or take your experience elsewhere, you will leave the program with valuable training, practical knowledge, and the confidence to pursue your own path.

Internships are available for both the Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 seasons.

• Assist in the preparation of individual and business income tax returns, including direct interaction with client personnel
• Make adjusting entries and complete trial balances in support of tax return preparation
• Support the preparation of payroll returns and related forms
• Assist with general ledger work and financial statement preparation
