Job Summary
This position is a critical role supporting stakeholders for executing the strategy adopted by Cirrus for maintaining and enabling our operating locations. It works with identified site stakeholders and the Cirrus facilities and real estate team to support the long‑range office facility plan for the site, including workplace guidelines for interior space utilization, furnishings and finishes, brand alignment, IT, and IFM management.
The role ensures maximum office space efficiency by properly designating employees, maintaining an optimal mix of desk/floating employees, and meeting employee‑centric workplace design standards. It collaborates closely with the Workplace Manager for annual space planning needs and with internal and external design groups to design and update workplaces.
- Supports vendor management and IFM contracts for a variety of facilities and workplace support services (e.g., janitorial, furniture, signage). Assigns tickets, reviews invoices, and identifies suppliers.
- Serves as the primary contact for IFM compliance at site locations (food service, janitorial and supplies).
- Conducts regular inspections to identify safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Partners with stakeholders regarding facilities workplace services support.
- Collaborates with the Manager and Facilities Designer on furniture procurement (workstations, offices, breakrooms, ancillary seating, company store).
- Provides training on furniture usage to teammates.
- Coordinates common spaces (lobbies, conference rooms, social hubs, company store).
- Supports local events by arranging furniture or temporary shelters, additional support or clean‑up staff, and related facilities items.
- Owns the space software to manage employee locations and coordinate personnel moves and new hire seating.
- Procures building décor, art, plants, and graphics.
- Manages employee amenities (break/lunch areas, wellness rooms, snack areas).
- Ensures signage and brand adherence indoors and outdoors.
- Coordinates digital signage in common facilities areas.
- Manages contractor badging services.
- Plans space, including conference room setups for unusual events.
- Promotes a positive work environment by providing excellent workplace services.
- Handles general administration and scheduling duties within the workplace services team, including corporate housing and invoices.
- Assists the Workplace Services Manager with project management initiatives for existing facility renovations.
- Maintains reliable, regular, predictable attendance.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 2‑4 years of project management experience (budget, scope, timeline).
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self‑starter with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive with a "can‑do" mentality and ability to act with minimal information.
- Demonstrates independent judgment and effective written and verbal communication.
- Handles stress and competing demands across multiple projects.
- Creates digital presentations for business cases, project updates, and executive reviews.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web/video conferencing tools.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Additional duties may change at any time with or without notice. Work beyond 40 hours per week may be required.
