Built Well Group is looking for a motivated Entry Level Construction Salesman with basic construction knowledge who is eager to develop a career in construction sales.

The role involves working with existing leads, communicating with homeowners, understanding their project needs, presenting our construction services, preparing proposals, following up with prospective clients, and helping close residential construction and remodeling projects.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with construction industry knowledge who is interested in developing their sales and client relationship skills. Previous sales experience is a plus, but candidates who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing, decking, or related services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn sales techniques, client consultations, and closing strategies
• Self motivated, organized, and results driven
• Good follow up and customer relationship skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but entry level candidates are welcome
• Comfortable with a base salary plus commission compensation structure
• Must be located in or willing to work in the North Atlanta area
