Customer Service Representative $55,500/annually
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with a portfolio of clients and customers for Kivi Bros. Trucking. The CSR acts as a point of contact between customers, cross‑functional internal teams, and drivers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs. This position is onsite at our Duluth, MN office.
Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain current client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our services.
- Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
- Communicate between the customer, internal teams, and drivers; develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Proven customer service experience in the trucking industry.
- Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain compliance with contracts, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Possess clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, assignments, and interruptions that may impact deadlines.
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions and establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Experience working with TMW and other logistics software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in and around moving parts.
- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, and controls.
- Bend or twist the body; kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl over uneven surfaces.
- Capable of reaching overhead and bending over.
- Move around to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer.
- Remain stationary for long periods of time.
- Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
