Job Overview: Primary role is to provide a friendly, welcoming, and caring greeting to each person entering Essentia Health. Approach and greet each individual in a professional, warm, and accepting manner, anticipating visitor needs by offering assistance, answering questions, and providing directions. When appropriate escort or secure an escort for the visitor to a specific destination.
Responsibilities: Screen patients for COVID‑19 including temperature taking, asking screening questions, and handing out masks to patients in need. Log use of inventory in the database and secure inventory for the next shift. Provide patient information, secure wheelchairs, and interface with volunteers who assist with hospitality and escorting. Provide information on basic community resources such as lodging, bus service, and taxi service.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in an Information/Hospitality Desk or customer service environment.

Shift Rotation: Day rotation (United States of America).
Compensation Range: $22.81 – $34.22 per hour.
