$475,000 salary plus production. $77.25 per wRVU. Sign on bonus $75,000. Student Loan repayment up to $200,000. Performance Incentive Compensation:
Eligibility for metric-based compensation program beginning year 3 with an earning potential up to 20% of your base compensation or a maximum of $82,500 annually Relocation:
