Seeking an exceptional BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota! Details
- Full‑time, hospital employed position
- Position split between 3 locations – 50% in Duluth, rest split between 2 other locations
- Join a team of nearly 80 hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs
- Great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year
- Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location
- Procedures are not required
- Opportunities to participate in hospital‑based research, quality, and clinical initiatives
- Opportunity to engage with residents
- Dedicated nocturnist teams
- Epic EMR system
- Compensation: $334,716–$368,464
- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation
