PHYSICIAN - Endocrinology - Duluth, MN

Location

Building C – Duluth Clinic, 2nd Street in Duluth, MN.

• Endocrinologist to join a team of 5 physicians (including a pediatric endocrinologist), 5 NP/PAs, and 18 additional staff.
• Primary outpatient practice Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Work/life balance with no evening, weekend, or holiday call.
• Patient volume: 10–12 days.

• Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health‑St. Mary’s Medical Center (3‑44 bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center) and Essentia Health‑Duluth (165‑bed hospital) on the same connected campus.
• Call coverage during office business hours only, triaged through RN team first; NP/PA team covers hospital glucose management.
• Application and analysis of latest diabetes devices (pumps, sensors, meters).

• BC/BE in Endocrinology, or
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in diabetes care.

$309,000 for BC/BE Endocrinologist. Eligible for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
