Physician - Casual Dermatology - Duluth, MN

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual General Dermatologist to join our dynamic team in Duluth, MN. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside three experienced Dermatologists and five advanced practice clinicians in a supportive and collaborative environment.

$324/hour

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology

• Comprehensive Support System:
  • Clinical Excellence:
    Advanced support model with dedicated RNs and Clinical Assistants for rooming, biopsies, procedures, and general patient care.
  • Nursing Support: RNs handle triage, scheduling procedures, results communication, and patient management through MyChart.
• Flexible Practice Environment:
  • Tailored Schedules:
    Flexible clinic template, including appointment lengths and daily patient numbers.
  • Advanced Pathology Services:
    Rapid pathology reporting and in-house immunofluorescence testing by three on-campus Dermatopathologists; monthly dermatopathology CPC conferences.
  • Outreach:
    Regional opportunities at other sites of service.
• Collaborative Network:
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care, and more.
  • Strong referral base:
    Over 30 referrals daily from hundreds of regional physicians.
• Work–Life Balance:
  • No on-call schedule due to dedicated Hospitalists.
  • Advanced EMR system; facilities are HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified for inpatient and ambulatory care.

• 2 hours north of Minneapolis/St. Paul with outreach to regional sites.
