Seeking a BC/BE full-time Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our growing Elder Care team in Duluth, MN.
Position Details:- Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program
- Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long‑term care, and home visits
- Practice includes 2 NPs
- Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package
- Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after‑hours call rotation
- BC/BE Geriatrician
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
- BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
