This is a prestigious healthcare facility featuring a 175-bed specialized care center and a brand new, state-of-the-art medical center connected by an enclosed skywalk system. The facility includes a children's hospital designation and offers opportunities for teaching medical students and family practice residents, as well as clinical research opportunities.

Opportunity: BC/BE - OTOLARYNGOLOGY

This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established practice with a strong referral base and comprehensive service offerings.

Job Details:

• Full-spectrum, referral-based practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgery
• Join 2 full-time Otolaryngology physicians in the department
• Reasonable call schedule: 1:3 weekday call; 1:6 weekend call (shared with another community group)
• Practice supported by 2 Physician Assistants who handle consults, patient visits, follow-up, and surgical assistance
• Work with an integrated Audiology department of 5 Audiologists offering a broad range of services
• Requirements include BC/BE in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery experience and training
• Teaching opportunities with Medical Students and Family Practice Residents
• Clinical research opportunities available

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation of $525,000 with additional earning potential through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
