Rate or rates of pay: $1,020 per credit for undergraduate courses; $1,112 per credit for undergraduate courses after 40 credits are taught within a five-year period; $1,352 per credit for graduate courses. Any future updates to per credit rates of pay will be reflected within the electronic contract.

The CSS Physical Therapy Department is looking to increase the number of adjunct faculty in our Patient-Client Management courses. Adjunct faculty will provide clinical instruction to DPT students managing patients in the pro bono clinics, mentor students, ensure safety, and assess student performance related to patient management and professional behavior.

• Must be a licensed PT in Minnesota.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible for observing, assessing, educating, and guiding student evaluations and treatments.
• Patience and flexibility are required.
• Demonstrated multicultural competency and effective interaction with diverse constituents.

• Experience as a Clinical Instructor.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
