Aspirus Lake View Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team!

The Pharmacist is responsible for accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications, supervising supportive personnel, and promoting appropriate drug therapy through clinical activities. Practice sites may include hospital and clinic pharmacies within the St. Luke's Health System.

Salary: $57.49 - $86.26 per hour

Hours:

Day/Evening rotation, 8 hours
Involves occasional weekend work, full‑time (1.0 FTE)

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Experience:
  
  None required.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Minnesota License.

• Experience:
  
  Pharmacy Practice (PGY‑I) residency or equivalent experience.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).

Must exercise professional judgment, supervise staff, build and maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively. Demonstrates a positive attitude, accuracy and efficiency under stress, resilience, and teamwork. Works with technicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff as required.

  Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, staff and the public.

  Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, read, talk, and lift. May work varying shifts around the clock. Environment includes moderate noise and hazardous drug exposure.
