Traveling Physician Assistant – Senior Community Rounds
Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000
Benefits: Full Benefits Package

Position SummaryThis travel-based role is perfect for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives on autonomy, variety, and purpose. You’ll visit communities across the Twin Cities Metro and become a trusted partner in senior care.
Responsibilities- Travel between senior living sites to provide on-site care
- Conduct medical evaluations, adjust treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
- Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure timely and accurate charting using EMR
- Current PA-C license in Minnesota
- Strong clinical background in primary or geriatric care
- Confident working independently across multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Army: 65D – Physician Assistant
- Navy: PA – Physician Assistant
- Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant
- Marines: PA – Physician Assistant
- Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
