ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL in Duluth, MN is seeking a DIRECTOR to join our HOSPITALITY ADMIN team!

Salary Range: $58.49 - $93.57 Hourly

The Director-Hospitality Services is responsible for the overall operation of the Nutrition Services, Laundry and Housekeeping Departments; establishing directing and maintaining departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative requirements, JCAHO standards and Federal, State and County regulations; developing and implementing plans for the delivery of quality food, nutrition support and nutrition education to patients, families, employees, and the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Masters Degree.
  • Experience
    :
    Three (3) years leadership experience.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    :
    Food service safety certification.

Ability to make judgments, decisions quickly if needed; knowledge of food production; knowledge of health regulations; knowledge of sanitation; ability to deal with people both employees and customers; communication skills both verbal and written; ability to understand union contracts.

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

    Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
