In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Epic is looking for an exceptional litigator to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role supports Epic’s expansion across a rapidly changing industry, managing litigation and regulatory matters, and advising on competitive strategy. The position requires relocation to Madison, with full relocation assistance provided.

• Manage and coordinate all litigation and regulatory matters for Epic.
• Draft motions, briefs, and conduct oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and trial advocacy.
• Counsel on evolving legal risks related to Epic’s product offerings.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
