Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Expeditor to join our logistics team. In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of material deliveries to meet Just-in-Time (JIT) criteria, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply sources, production schedules, and transportation methods to optimize delivery timelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining JIT delivery schedules for purchased materials.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting efforts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Preferable:
  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations (internships or academic projects are a plus).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Job Type: W2 contract
• Duration: 1-year assignment (possibility of extension/becoming permanent)
