- $59,000 – $62,000/year (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses 💵
- Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply

Your Daily Impact:
- Lead, coach, and support your onsite team
- Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
- Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
- Manage rent collection and delinquencies
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
- Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
- Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of
multifamily property management experience - Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
- Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
- A people-first mindset and passion for creating great communities
