Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Manufacturing Engineer

This position will be on‑site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark Blvd and Haines Road.

• Build electronic components by winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating and epoxy – mechanical and electrical assembly of products.
• Test parts, subassemblies and finished goods, record results.
• Document test results, procedures and materials as needed.
• Use mechanical measuring equipment.
• Partner with engineers and other manufacturing team members to improve efficiency and quality of our products.
• Execute tasks as directed.
• Report any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obey all work rules and EHS regulations as applicable.

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Good eyesight
• Ability to use a microscope
• Ability to set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment)
• Soldering skills (preferred)

Work hours:

Monday‑Friday, 7AM-3:30PM.

Pay: $19/hr starting pay (additional compensation may be added based on experience).
