Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm EST

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Load trucks and rail cars as per the daily schedule utilizing on‑site systems.
• Unload product as scheduled.
• Operate on‑site mobile equipment and receive training.
• Handle inquiries and orders from customers and sales personnel.
• Maintain shipping logs, prepare bills of lading, and calculate split‑load tonnages.
• Keep supply point and 5S standards.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance on site.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs.
• Mechanical ability is an asset.
• Experience with inventory control software and familiarity with MS Word and Excel is a plus.
• Must be safety aware and able to adhere to company safety requirements.
• Good communication skills to deal with truckers, customers, and other employees.
• Work well with others and individually.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making and attention to detail.
• Ability to climb stairs several times a day as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 74 lb.
• Working in a confined space.

Work in a shop environment and outdoor exposure throughout the plant. Mild exposure to cement dust, heat, cold and noise. Exposure to high elevations up to 250 ft, all weather conditions. Normal operation of mobile equipment may result in jarring and vibratory exposure.
