Night Shift
Hours:
4:00 pm–2:30 am (Mon‑Thu)
• Shift Differential: 10%
- Read, interpret, and inspect to drawings, procedures, and process specifications that govern manufacturing processes.
- Communicate findings to the appropriate department for corrective action.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the quality assurance manual and the processes/procedures within.
- Ensure that products/articles/services meet the drawing, specification and customer requirements.
- Analyze finished aircraft assembly bonds, parts, or components to determine acceptance or rejection based on drawings, specs, and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork and planning related to operations performed and materials consumed.
- Identify design and process improvement opportunities and communicate them to area leadership.
- Maintain all assigned work areas clean, orderly, and presentable at all times. Apply 6S principles and wear proper protective equipment during appropriate job functions.
- Comply with all paperwork such as work instructions that govern job duties.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when working with manufacturing technicians.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written language.
- Apply written processes/procedures to products/articles for inspection.
- Display flexibility with job functions and the ability to multi‑task.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Department Supervisor, Line Manager, or appropriate designee.

Education and Experience- 2+ years experience working within a regulated quality system.
- A&P License (preferred).
- Welding certificate (preferred).
- NDI certification (preferred).
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Team player with the ability to work as part of a high‑performing team.
- Independent worker during daily job duties.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communicator.
- Proficient with standard measurement equipment.
