– Job Description –
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.

Location:

Duluth, MN facility near Airpark Blvd and Haines Road. This is an on-site position.

• Build electronic components by winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating and epoxy – mechanical and electrical assembly of products.
• Test parts, subassemblies and finished goods, record results.
• Document test results, procedures and materials as needed.
• Use mechanical measuring equipment.
• Partner with engineers and other manufacturing team members to improve efficiency and quality of our products.
• Execute tasks as directed.
• Report any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obey all work rules and EHS regulations as applicable.

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good eyesight.
• Ability to use a microscope.
• Ability to set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment).
• Soldering skills (preferred).

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM.

Base pay: $19 / hour, with additional compensation based on experience.
