Manufacturing Demand Planner

Join a market-leading manufacturer and play a critical role in translating customer demand into executable manufacturing plans across multiple production facilities.

This is not a purchasing-focused planning role. We are seeking a planner who understands how forecasts drive production requirements, raw material demand, capacity constraints, and plant execution.

• Own demand forecasting and manufacturing planning activities for thousands of SKUs across multiple product lines
• Convert demand forecasts into production requirements using MRP tools and planning systems
• Balance production capacity across five manufacturing locations
• Partner closely with Production Planners, Manufacturing Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
• Lead planning meetings and drive alignment between forecasted demand and manufacturing output
• Monitor inventory levels, raw material requirements, and production constraints
  
  Maintain planning parameters and ensure data accuracy within the planning system
• Analyze forecast changes and communicate impacts throughout the organization

• 2+ years of production planning or manufacturing planning experience
• Experience working within an MRP-driven manufacturing environment
• Exposure to demand forecasting and supply planning
• Understanding of BOMs, capacity planning, and manufacturing constraints
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable leading meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Highly visible position with direct interaction with Manufacturing Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and the COO
