We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Sales Manager to lead our wedding sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media sales strategies to attract and engage prospective wedding clients
- Create compelling content that highlights our wedding services, packages, and success stories
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding vendors, planners, and clients through social media outreach
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide consultations, and convert leads into bookings
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment
- An advocate for our banquet spaces through on site tours.
- During wedding season, working Saturdays is mandatory.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the wedding or event industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools for business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Passion for weddings, event planning, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
