Description Social Sales Manager - Weddings

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Sales Manager to lead our wedding sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with engaged couples and wedding planners, showcasing our services and creating memorable wedding experiences. If you are passionate about weddings, social media marketing, and sales, we invite you to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media sales strategies to attract and engage prospective wedding clients
  • Create compelling content that highlights our wedding services, packages, and success stories
  • Build and maintain relationships with wedding vendors, planners, and clients through social media outreach
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, provide consultations, and convert leads into bookings
  • Monitor social media analytics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure brand consistency and promotional alignment
  • An advocate for our banquet spaces through on site tours.
  • During wedding season, working Saturdays is mandatory.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the wedding or event industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools for business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and campaigns
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Passion for weddings, event planning, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
