Mentor North is seeking a Twin Ports community member passionate about building meaningful relationships with volunteers and supporting youth through one-on‑one mentoring.
The Mentor Engagement Coordinator leads mentor recruitment, screening, onboarding, and engagement, laying the groundwork for every mentor‑mentee match and helping create a lasting, positive impact on young people, mentors, and the broader community.
Key responsibilities include:- Coordinating mentor screening, training, and placement
- Building community among mentors through events and communication
- Collaborating with staff and community partners across the Twin Ports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and relationship‑based work
- Familiarity with the Duluth and Superior communities
- Hybrid role with some evenings/weekends for events
- Open until filled; applications reviewed on a rolling basis
