Overview
Serves patients and customers by performing routine assignments related to food preparation, distribution, and sanitation. Also responsible to perform cashiering functions as assigned.
Location and Schedule- Location:
DULUTH, MN - Facility: ST LUKES
- Weekend Requirements:
Every other weekend - Additional Information: 4 hour shifts 4pm-8pm

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math. Ability to operate food service equipment, such as coffee urns, toaster and dishwasher. Able to work harmoniously with co-workers and understand oral and written instructions.
- Reading - Basic:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Writing - Basic:
Write simple correspondence. - Speaking - Basic:
Speak simple sentences. - Mathematical Skills - Basic:
Add and subtract two-digit numbers; multiply and divide with 10s and 100s; perform operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance. - Reasoning Ability - Basic:
Apply common sense to carry out simple instructions; deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables.
- Physical Demands
:
Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 pounds); frequent standing/walking; pushes/pulls or moves/lifts heavy equipment; reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching; ability to see, hear, sit, bend, walk, talk for up to 8 hours. - Stand, Walk: 5.5 – 8 hours (over 2/3)
- Sit: 2.5 – 5.5 hours (1/3 to 2/3)
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: 5.5 – 8 hours (over 2/3)

- Lifting Requirements
