Summary
At Saucy Shrimp Shack, you're the face of the restaurant. You're often the only person a guest talks to, so how you treat them decides whether they come back. We'll teach you the register and the menu. What we can't teach is genuinely caring about the person in front of you.
What you'll do:
- Greet every guest like you're glad they came in, because you are
- Walk new guests through the menu and give real recommendations
- Take orders and payments quickly and accurately
- Handle problems calmly and make it right when something goes wrong
- Keep the counter, dining area, and drink station clean
- Work with the kitchen to keep orders moving
