Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends not required.
Role2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including:
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
- Ensuring displays and fixtures are fully functional through break-fix repairs
- Managing virtual software and related tasks
- Respond within 24 hours of contact and keep field services management updated.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
- Participate in early morning installations and team installations, providing solution feedback.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Flexible Monday‑through‑Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities: Can climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to a variety of tasks and work environments.
- Communication
Skills:
Effective phone, text, email coordination; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, apps, internet connectivity. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Preferred: Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology: Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Training: Complete all training assignments within designated time frame; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Transportation and Travel: Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license, insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills; professional communication and presentation; sound decision making; excellent time‑management and reporting.
- $15.75 per hour (location & experience dependent)
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
- Job assignments Monday‑Friday; no weekend required (flex schedule options)
