Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their hands on their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates, including store layout and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $11.15 - $11.65 per hour. Final salary depends on education, experience, location, and other factors.
