Hiring for a Territory (district/area) Sales Manager for a great physical security company based in the Midwest. This role covers Eastern Minnesota/Western Wisconsin and must be comfortable traveling between offices in the territory.
- Prior leadership/management responsibility
- Experience managing a sales quota for an assigned territory
- A strong ability to train and mentor sales reps
- Willingness to travel between offices and to sites most days
- Valid driver’s license
Strongly Preferred:
- Physical security systems sales experience (alarm, fire, access control, etc.)
Could possibly work:
- A rockstar sales rep from the industry looking to move into management
