What You'll DoThis role is a Key Account Manager within the Northern Minnesota territory
, focusing on the Pulp & Paper industry. You will manage a defined territory, capture competitively held business, and achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the water industry.
- Identify new customers and opportunities within the region and grow business while reinforcing the Solenis brand.
- Develop business development strategies and create annual plans to reach revenue objectives.
- Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
- Recognize new market segments and opportunities, calculate returns and investment, and secure agreement for required resources.
- Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, optimizing retention of existing business and growth of new business.
- Previous experience in industrial water treatment, especially recovery boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater.
- Strong relationship‑management skills.
- Documented results using a consultative sales process.
- Able to establish relationships at all levels of management.
- HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record.
- Ideally located in or able to commute to the International Falls/Duluth area.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
