Automotive Accessory Counter Sales; No Weekends

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, guest-focused individual for an Automotive Accessory Counter Sales position. The role will assist guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles, and offers a chance to grow within our company.

• Sell automotive accessories to guests.
• Assist guests in selecting accessories such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more.
• Communicate with and listen to guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Inform and educate guests about available products and their features.
• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build long-term guest relations and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedules.
• Communicate updates with guests during the installation process.
• Bring vehicles to guests and demonstrate how to use their new products.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.
• Passion for vehicles, accessories, and working with guests.
• Create experiences of Excellence in the store, consistently delivering outstanding service.

Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. Outstanding training opportunities are available to those willing to grow.

The starting hourly rate range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
