DSD Route Sales Representative - Duluth to Fargo - Northern Minnesota

Full family medical, generous benefits package. Company truck provided. $55k+ = Salary + commission.

Valid driver's license required. Drug and alcohol screening.

Job Type: Full-time – 5 days per week Monday – Friday. Saturday optional (your call).

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.

W-2 position – NOT 1099.

• Travels assigned territory in company route van providing exceptional customer service and selling to key accounts. Overnight travel required for the North Dakota part of the route – 2‑day stay once every 3 weeks.
• This is an expansion route – great opportunity; area currently being serviced from the Twin Cities / Sioux Falls SD routes.
• Company route van goes home with you each night; all expenses on van, fuel, maintenance paid for by the company.
• Tons of potential – excellent route.
• Fills orders by verifying warehouse pulls; loading truck.
• Delivers products to customer, takes orders, unloads, stocks shelves and rotates inventory.
• Operates a handheld/printer generating invoices for orders and obtaining receipt signatures.
• Prepares end‑of‑day reports of business transactions and communicates unresolved issues to management.
• Maintains daily truck inventory; performs monthly physical inventory and reports variations to management.
• Merchandises product by recommending and setting up displays; communicates weekly with Business Development Manager to grow sales in region and sets secondary displays sold.
• Retrieves damaged product by loading product; issuing credit.
• Completes reports by logging call results, maintaining records, recording competitor actions.
• Keeps vehicle operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, scheduling repairs.
