Job Summary:

Miller Hill Mall

Provide security services as outlined in the post orders and support a safe, customer‑focused environment. Build positive working relationships with customers, mall personnel, and public safety partners. Maintain a professional presence, stay aware of surroundings, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• Report on time and in full uniform
• Greet customers, visitors, and employees in a polite and professional manner
• Patrol mall property or maintain a fixed post position, staying alert and aware
• Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic at designated entrances
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations according to training
• Monitor security equipment or CCTV systems as assigned
• Complete Daily Activity Reports, log entries, and incident reports accurately
• Follow post orders and remain updated on any revisions
• Maintain working knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols
• Identify and recommend improvements in safety or loss prevention processes
• Ensure safe operation of elevators, access doors, and related equipment (training provided)
• Communicate daily with the Security Supervisor on issues or updates
• Support compliance with all AFS and customer guidelines
