Heavy-Duty Truck Technician; Duluth, MN

As a Heavy-Duty Truck Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Class 7 and 8 trucks. From basic services to major overhauls, your work will directly impact uptime, safety, and customer satisfaction.

$60,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience, with a competitive hourly rate and potential for performance-based incentives.

• Perform diagnostics and repair on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Use diagnostic software (Cummins, Detroit, etc.) for advanced troubleshooting
• Conduct DOT inspections and scheduled maintenance
• Communicate with service advisors and document work performed
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and efficient

• Cummins certification is a strong plus
• Class A CDL is a plus
• Diesel experience and mechanical knowledge required
• Skilled with diagnostic tools and repair procedures
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18+ and physically capable of performing job tasks
